At S&L Beauty Co., we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on all eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
